The soft lokum base is infused with 3% pomegranate extract, delivering a vibrant sweet–sour fruit profile with a refreshing tart finish. Enriched with 13% pistachios, it offers a smooth, buttery texture and natural nut richness that balances the fruit intensity.
Finished with barberry (zereshk) coating at 9%, this finger lokum gains a distinctive sharp acidity and fruity brightness, creating a complex sweet–sour profile that stands out in premium confectionery assortments.
Handcrafted entirely in our own production facility, this traditional “finger lokum” is ideal for boutique retail, premium gifting, and export collections.
